Apparently Senator Ted Stevens, who I believe has been a senator since Seward purchased Alaska from Russia, brought home $1.5 million to remodel a bus stop. A bus stop.

Perhaps having an airport named after you eventually goes to your head.

But then, again, things do cost more here in Alaska.

    I thought you guys all got kickbacks from Alaskan oil revenue?

    Of course, being from Ohio, I can’t really poke fun, since we have crybaby Senator Voinovich.
