Much like the Alaska Bear Tales books, this story could be the beginning of a lucrative book series:

Alaskans like to do things in an extreme way, and apparently when 35-year-old Anchorage resident Kim Tran decided on a Bobbit Breakup, she went for it with gusto. She didn’t just cut it off, she flushed it.

In the spirit of extreme actions, utility workers fished it out and surgeons successfully stitched it back on.
